A: No. FedEx will not ship to a P.O. Box. FedEx requires a physical address.

Q: Is there a card enclosed?

A: If a greeting is provided, we will print your message on a personalized card.

Q: How are the products shipped?

A: All food products are individually vacuum sealed then flash frozen and packed with gel ice packs in a Styrofoam cooler box.  We ship via FedEx Overnight Service to ensure product quality.

Q: Can I ship outside of the USA?

A: Yes, with prevailing FedEx rates.

Q: Can I ship to Puerto Rico?

A: Yes, with prevailing FedEx rates.

Q: Can I ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

A: Yes, with prevailing FedEx rates.

Q: Can I purchase gift cards for product packages?

A: Yes, you can purchase a gift card for a specific item, or you can also purchase gift cards for any amount over $25.00. Please call 1.888.OTTOBRO or email info@nycOTTO.com to purchase a gift card.

Q: What time will the package be delivered?

A: An exact time of delivery can not be provided.  You will receive the tracking information and status updates from FedEx.

Q: Will FedEx or Ottomanelli Bros. call before delivering the package?

A: No, you will not be called prior to delivery.

Q: Does someone need to be home to sign for the package?

A: When sending to a residential address, it is standard practice to release the package at the door if no one is home. Please advise the recipient a package is coming. If the recipient is not home FedEx will typically leave the package at the front door.  We strongly advise that because the package is of a perishable nature, it should refrigerated as soon as possible.

Q: What if the FedEx Courier cannot leave the package at the door without a signature?

A: The courier will take the package back to the FedEx Station and it will be the recipient’s responsibility to pick it up or schedule a re-delivery before the products spoil.

Q: Will FedEx keep the package refrigerated?

A: No, FedEx will not keep the package refrigerated but the products are packed on gel ice packs in “keep fresh” coolers that will keep cold for 24 to 48 hours depending upon the outside temperatures.

Q: How long do the products keep in the freezer?

A: For the best results, we recommend consuming the product within 30 days of delivery, however the product can remain in the freezer longer as per USDA guidelines.
