When ordering beef, lamb, veal, pork, and poultry Ottomanelli’s are always delivered to you fresh. Orders are individually vacuum-sealed and surrounded by gel packs in a Styrofoam cooler.
We custom prepare each meat order and ship it to you via either Federal Express or UPS Overnight Service .
